SYNOPSIS

...And I Was Left Behind is a deeply personal yet universal film which traces and redefines a memory of her grandmother's words of travel as loss and longing for loved ones. As the director finds herself in isolation due to the pandemic, these words start to have direct meaning on her feeling of melancholy & nostalgia.
