SYNOPSIS

[EN] °°Work-in-Progress Preview File, expected postproduction finish date - November 25°° At 58, Dina works at a counseling center for long-term unemployed women in Vienna. She takes time to listen, to encourage, and to fight for her clients - women worn down by a system that counts quotas instead of people. Their dignity is always her priority, even as the institution around her makes true care nearly impossible. At home, her partner hides his own joblessness and her daughter pulls away, leaving Dina’s strength stretched thin as she edges closer and closer to a burnout.
