SYNOPSIS

[EN] Silvia, a former dairy farmer, now makes a living growing and selling vegetables in a small mountain village near Lucca. With her are her eight-year-old son Jacopo and Luce, a two-month-old calf rescued from the farm where she worked with her husband Andrea, a man who was violent both towards her and her animals. Silvia found the strength to report the man for domestic violence and animal abuse, but one day, after a hard day's work, she finds him at home, waiting for her.
