SYNOPSIS

[EN] The Manas epic, recognized by the Guinness World Records as the world’s longest, tells the entire story of the Kyrgyz people—their journey through history, their sorrows, and their triumphs. The tradition of reciting Manas is passed down to a manaschi, a chosen storyteller gifted by higher powers. While the origin of the first manaschi remains a mystery, the epic lives on as long as the Kyrgyz people live. This time, Ümüt is chosen by higher powers to carry on the sacred duty of manaschi. But can he truly embrace this power and become the next manaschi?
