SYNOPSIS

[EN] A young man named Ylber finds himself on the run after a tragic accident, stumbling into a remote Albanian village in search of refuge. Seeking shelter, he is welcomed by Demush, a quiet, stoic villager steeped in the ancient code of the Kanun—a strict honour tradition of hospitality and demanding blood for blood. Though Ylber is treated as a guest, tension simmers beneath Demush’s hospitality as he begins to suspect there’s more to his visitor than Ylber lets on.
