SYNOPSIS

[EN] In Burgundy, during the Middle Ages, a strange minstrel sings an ancient folk song that tells the story of two lovers, Bisdepaut and Genette. Their happy life is marked by Genette's muteness, so Bisdepaut decides to take her to a luthier to make her produce some sound. In fulfilling the request, the luthier transforms her into an instrument, leaving no trace of the girl. Left alone, Bisdepaut sings of his lost love, playing what was once his beloved one.
