SYNOPSIS

[EN] Anesthesia is about the inner relationship between mother and daughter under the culture where women are obligated to endure pain silently. The daughter starts to discover herself as a woman after her anesthesiologist mother gets into a hereditary illness. She finds that her mother was deeply aware of the cruelty of life, yet as an adult, she learns to suffer mutely, as society has taught her.
