SYNOPSIS

[EN] A sensory journey into the experiences of incarcerated transgender individuals, told through their own testimonies and experiences. This allows us to delve into the lives of transgender men and women in seven Colombian correctional facilities, exploring their social imaginaries, gender identity, and corporeality. We witness their encounters with discrimination, violence, and violations, as well as their strategies for survival, building connections, and exchanging knowledge. Through the juxtaposition of images and sounds, a sensory dialogue is created, confronting us with the consequences of stigma and discrimination. Because between the body and identity lies life and dignity.
