SYNOPSIS

[EN] Maria, a young peasant woman, contemplates the possibility of being pregnant with God himself. In this strange short film shot in the remote corner of Brazil, the director constructs philosophical questions from a reinterpretation of the best-known biblical myth. This is a challenging and rare work that brings a different point of view on religion and politics in the remote interiors of Brazil.
