SYNOPSIS

[EN] The nation is broken. For it to heal, a perfect gift must be given to its people, to reconcile unsurpassable divisions in a deep political and social crisis. Drawing dialogue from nationbuilding speeches past/present by politicians, diplomats, architects, artists, it questions whether culture - in relation to nation - can be anything but a trojan horse for covert diplomacy and political interests.
