SYNOPSIS
[EN] The May's Photo Studio brings families together: from the past, by splicing photographs to create family portraits, and in the present, by reconnecting May's granddaughter with her family's history and legacy. The photographs show San Francisco's Chinatown in the early-to-mid 20th century, a vanishing "old Chinatown" vibrant with a rich culture of family, Cantonese opera, and community.
