SYNOPSIS

[EN] Unlicensed takes place in a near-future dystopian society in which adulthood requires a license. Jeff, an unlicensed 28-year-old is forced to live in a dorm. He regains his self-worth when he comes to the aid of his younger brother Kenny who gets into trouble after getting his license at 16. Together, the brothers struggle with their respective statuses and question the true nature of the test.
