SYNOPSIS
[EN] In the 1960s, Elvira, a woman born and raised in the Boyacá region of Colombia, learned from her mother-in-law Transito the basics of much of Bogotá’s traditional cuisine. Elvira knew how to keep this gastronomic tradition alive and handed it on to her children, now the keepers of this cultural legacy.
