SYNOPSIS

[EN] The number of people affected by diabetes in Mexico has grown critically in the last twenty years. In San Cristobal de las Casas, Chiapas, there's a doctor who practices medicine free of charge to whoever needs it. Sergio Castro has cured hundreds of people, mostly poor indigenous communities.
