SYNOPSIS

A one-month solo journey across France, by bike and train. To listen, to observe, and to meet those who chose to leave the city for a quieter life in the countryside. “J'ai arrêté de courir” is a poetic documentary born from this adventure, seeking to understand what it means to slow down and reconnect - with oneself, with others, and with the land. At the crossroads of ecology and society, the film questions our relationship to success, speed, and simplicity.
