SYNOPSIS

Si-yeon, overwhelmed with emptiness, lives in a constant feeling of helplessness. One day, she notices a leaf sprouting from her body but chooses to hide it. A growing sense of "emptiness” eats away at her, gradually taking away meaning from her life. Her friend, Min-seo drops by and tries to help her after finding her struggling, but Si-yeon keeps pushing her away. Min-seo leaves home, frustrated. Si-yeon gets diagnosed with “emptiness” and her doctor warns her that she could turn into a plant.
