SYNOPSIS

An intimate story about how emotional wounds from childhood impact adult life and how difficult, yet possible, it is to break the intergenerational cycle. The main character, Maria, grew up without a father and convinced that love must be earned, becomes entangled in relationships with emotionally unavailable men. The film follows three years of her life, showing her gradual realization of a recurring pattern.
