SYNOPSIS

Smouldering Silence follows Lin An, a young woman torn between family duty and truth after discovering her father’s affair. As her grandmother’s health declines, she struggles with whether to tell her mother, while moments of tenderness between her parents complicate her judgment. The film reflects on silence, forgiveness, and the fragile bonds within family.
