SYNOPSIS

By the sea they live — a mother and her deaf daughter. The father is far away on a fishing trip. Some whisper he’s long dead, lost to the waves. Yet the mother and daughter still cling to hope, fragile though it may be. And then, one day, a miracle comes ashore.
