SYNOPSIS

I THOUGHT THAT I WAS STRONGER is a short film set in shabby, economically disadvantaged urban middle America, exploring the anxieties and coping strategies of teens poised on the brink of adulthood. What starts as a quirky depiction of fluctuating friendships and rivalries turns dark as the characters confront their misgivings about forging meaningful futures.
