SYNOPSIS
The peculiar and enigmatic Lobo family, living in early 20th-century Bogotá, is preparing for a wedding that forces the eldest son, Leopoldo, to marry his immediate sister, Elena, in order to fulfill an inherited endogamic legacy. However, the young woman's true love lies in the heart of her younger brother, Medoro. Fearing the outside world—unknown and hostile—the two lovers devise a plan to escape the generational isolation they were born into. But the conspiracy soon turns dark and chaotic, unveiling forbidden passions between the siblings and betrayals that fracture their family universe. In the end, Elena is the only one who manages to escape, only to discover a reality just as incomprehensible: beyond the walls of their home, just a few kilometers away, lies a globalized, fast-paced world—set in a completely different time than the one she has ever known.
