SYNOPSIS

A man obsessed with raising the value of his apartment. On the day it is announced that property prices will rise, he discovers a tenant’s suicide in their unit. Terrified that the incident will lower the value of his property, he decides to dispose of the body. However, as his plans begin to fall apart, an uninvited guest enters his home.
