SYNOPSIS

Over the course of two sun-drenched days on the Aegean coast, Çınar drifts between memory, laughter, and melancholy as she quietly confronts the end of childhood and the ache of becoming someone new. YARIM follows Çınar as she revisits familiar summer routines with her younger sister Ada, their mother, and grandmother. Between quiet meals and shared silences, Çınar finds herself slipping between presence and memory — quietly reckoning with the end of childhood and the unease of growing up. As nostalgia and melancholy settle beneath the surface of ordinary moments, YARIM emerges as a tender meditation on sisterhood, change, and the emotional depth we carry as we grow older.
