SYNOPSIS

Set in the not-too-distant future in post-war Ukraine, the story follows 34-year-old Olena (Oksana Cherkashyna), who arrives with her eight-year-old daughter Kira (Kira Makidon) and boyfriend Timur (Stanislav Voitsekhovskyi) to receive the results of a DNA test confirming that her husband Ilya, who disappeared during the war, is dead. Confronting the exhumed bodies of victims of Russian aggression will force her to choose between the present and a world gone by.
