In Lerga, days are spent according to the calendar. Festivities and agricultural tasks take place one after another. Life in the village has helped its neighbors, known as the Cucos, to find a balance between the individual and the collective, between the community’s needs and their personal creativity. As winter begins, they will host a new project: shooting a film collectively. Through assemblies, they will select corners and stories to film; such as the Parliament: four stone steps where every afternoon they gather to discuss current affairs. Through the end-of-the-world tale and their day-to-day activities, these people will show us new ways of inhabiting villages.
