SYNOPSIS

The short film, "Les Rebuts", show the abuse of power within companies and the poignant issues of mass dismissal. The story reveals the cruel manipulation of the directors towards their employed letters as well as the fierceness with which the latter fight for their survival. “Les Rebuts” will immerse spectators in a captivating intrigue. Eleven employees, carefully designated by management, will find themselves locked in a meeting room for four hours. The goal: to reach a consensus on which employees will be laid off during a restructuring. However, the veil quickly lifts on the cynical manipulation: everything was decided in advance.
