SYNOPSIS
The Afrasiab hill is an ancient archaeological site in Samarkand. The city was burned by the Mongols in the 13th century, and today only a few excavations are being carried out, while most of the remains are still buried. A figure crosses this emptiness, questioning the role of chance in their journey.
