SYNOPSIS

One Night, the 100th. At the foot of Luna, the ancient tree, chainsaws roar. The only thing keeping their metal teeth from biting into the trunk is a tiny human — Julia — perched at the very top. Julia lives 60 meters above the ground, nestled in Luna’s branches, a giant sequoia. She’s about to spend another night on a wooden platform so small she can’t even lie down completely. A night of fever, a night of storm. A night when a strange bond will form between her and the tree she’s dedicated her life to protecting. A night that could be the last. Will Julia make it through the night? No one would blame her if she gave up…
