SYNOPSIS

The short film follows several characters facing both tense and absurd situations in the midst of a crisis where the threat of a nuclear catastrophe looms. Rémy, Monique, and Pacôme exchange words in a nightclub, with Monique violently accusing Rémy of his lack of courage. Pacôme, more relaxed, gives them a rendezvous for the next day. Meanwhile, Anna and Thomas have a heated argument, with Anna throwing Thomas' belongings out of the window as the city empties. Adrien, isolated in a basement, descends into paranoia. He discovers a bomb and a corpse, and becomes involved in an explosive situation alongside Pacôme. As tensions rise, events spiral out of control, leading to an absurd moment where Thomas accidentally gets hit on the head by the bomb. The short film culminates with an unexpected explosion: while everyone expects the bomb to go off, it’s actually the Gravelines nuclear power plant that explodes, leaving the characters stunned as they watch a mushroom cloud rise into the sky. The film blends dark humor, tension, and absurdity in a world on the brink of chaos.
