SYNOPSIS
In 1997, Salima, an intrepid young Madagascan woman, moves to La Réunion to marry a man she has never met, hoping that this union will bring her a better life. She discovers her fiancé Jean, a farmer suffering from extreme shyness. The two strangers begin an arduous relationship, full of misunderstandings and doubts.
