SYNOPSIS

Rondek and Ronak, aged 19 and 15, have been living in the Diavata refugee camp on the outskirts of Thessaloniki for 6 years. Coming from Kurdistan, they are in search of freedom and fulfillment, claiming their rights and getting through adolescence as well as possible, despite the difficult context in which they live. Casa Basa, a day care center for women and children, will enable them to escape for a few hours a day and grow up in an environment where they can feel safe and enjoy adolescence, during this interminable wait where everything is only temporary.
