SYNOPSIS

Suffering from the recent loss of a beloved family member, at the same time worn by the pressure from his academic expectations and stressed with the noises of the metropolitan city, a native boy in Beijing is starting to drift into a world mixed with dream and reality. With fears of the inevitable fate of death, he is perplexed with the meaning of life. He resents his weaknesses and feels powerless and hopeless about his future. Eventually he plans to end his life. On the last day of his life, he comes across a girl who is in fact his guarding angel coming to be his savior.
