SYNOPSIS

Alken, an old man in the late stages of cancer, spends his lonely days playing chess with his digital childhood friend, Abula. As his life winds down, he's stuck between two choices: turn into a digital being to make his daughter happy, or embrace the final silence alone. But in the end, Alken realizes that, no matter the choice, loneliness just takes on a different form.
