SYNOPSIS

A young girl is found dead on the beach of an island in the Charente region (France), her head crushed by a large stone. The cops are idle and the notables corrupt: the investigation seems to be off to a bad start. Fortunately, a high school trainee is determined to get to the bottom of this case.
