SYNOPSIS

The Last Dance marks the final chapter of a famous East London haunt and the brainchild of successful promoter/club owner Linford “Fox” Wilson. Fox’s world is sent into free-fall as his iconic “LA bar” is purchased by the council, forcing him and his loyal patrons out, leaving his life and future in disarray. A staple for the Caribbean community, a home of reggae music and a hub for the first generation windrush and their families. We witness a community mobilise and rise up against the onrushing tide of gentrification, that threatens to tear them apart. Culminating in a final “dance” that will be remembered for the ages.
