SYNOPSIS

Previously estranged from her home country, Abi has arrived in Sierra Leone to help her mother, Mama Amy, search for her missing sister in Freetown. Shuttling between police stations and government offices, they are met with mounting frustration. When the time comes for Abi to carry the weight of the two of them, both women realize that perhaps they are not on the journey alone. Based on a true story.
