SYNOPSIS

A working-class mother looks forward to seeing her son after he’s been on summer holidays with his wealthy father. Although she has sensed him growing distant, she is blissfully unaware that he has been slowly brainwashed for many years by her ex, which comes to a head during his time away. Upon his return, she is faced with a child she barely recognises and who wants nothing to do with her. She looks to his father for answers, but his malevolent response unnerves her and she turns to the internet for help. What she discovers motivates her to take action and fight to get her son back before he is lost forever.
