SYNOPSIS

In a small mountain village, a young chef passionate about sustainability decides to prepare a shrimp cocktail using only local and sustainable ingredients. While engaging in the creation of the recipe, he realizes the convenience and temptation of buying everything at the supermarket, thus reflecting on the disconnection between consumers and the sources of their food.
