SYNOPSIS

“Madah8do al8miwi nia” means “the monster inside me” in Abenaki. In this animated short, Kim graphically explores her healing journey as she confronts her anxiety, a monster in her daily life. She expresses her desire to tame this beast by depicting the journey of a broken woman on the road to recovery.
