SYNOPSIS

It's night, and Alexandre Chausson, a lonely old undertaker, is working overtime in the quiet of a deserted cathedral. While he is washing a dead woman, a young man appears. Initially curious and friendly, the young man gradually becomes oppressive and accuses Alexandre of abusing the corpses at his disposal.
