SYNOPSIS

53 addresses Portuguese colonialism in São Tomé and Príncipe, based on collective memory and its current impact on the population, through a conversation between a healer who calls the spirit of a man killed in the Fernão Dias concentration camp during the massacre of 1953. It was created with the real testimonies of the last survivors and their families, victims of the Massacre of 1953.
