SYNOPSIS

The urban art project Blind in Steglitz was carried out on a particular intersection in Berlin, the noise emission of which is so strong that blind and poorly sighted people lose their orientation. In protest to this situation, the 1st White Cane Parade was held and a cane laying down. Paulo Ferreira-Lopes composed and the artist Hartmut Jahn added the images to a video work.
