SYNOPSIS

Autumn 1944, Estonia; German forces retreat as the Russian army settles in. A young soldier is sent from the frontline to work in a prison filled with political prisoners. While doing his rounds at night, he is stirred by the beautiful voice of an Estonian girl singing to the prisoners from the other side of the walls. The Russian army plans to capture her, so he must find a way to warn her.
