SYNOPSIS

When Maung married his wife, he promised her he would convert to Islam. But Maung’s father wants him to become a Buddhist monk. Maung struggles to find a way to please them both, and to break free. Caught between two different religions, and between rules and love, the three characters create their own unhappiness.
