SYNOPSIS

In the aftermath of a Russian-Ukrainian armed conflict that almost triggered a nuclear war, Ukraine was split in two by a large demarcation called the “Kiev Wall”. Years later, French President Christian Langlois goes to the Black Sea at the Presidential Residence of Russia, as a representative of the European Union, to meet his counterpart Timur Gribov, in order to negotiate new agreements...
