SYNOPSIS

In a few days, a new evaluation could turn Mr. Winkler's life upside down. For years, Winkler has been treated in a facility for criminal offenders dealing with mental illnesses. Winkler considers what a new beginning in the outside world might be like for the first time after years of confinement.
