SYNOPSIS
Bucharest is the European capital with the highest seismic risk. Two major earthquakes have brought us to this point, in 1940 and 1977, which have severely damaged the built environment, but also an unknown earthquake, a hidden order to inaction and lies order given by Nicolae Ceaușescu to stop the consolidation work, just 4 months after the earthquake of 4 March 1977.
