SYNOPSIS
A disgruntled citizen of a small town reports a disruption. Carol, a Self-proclaimed Bounty Hunter, decides to investigate. One evening during the primetime news the power is tripped as the local Hermit Harry is attempting to connect his new project to the main grid for first-phase testing.
