SYNOPSIS

Hunger is a road movie, about a bickering couple who go looking for a place to eat. It’s a gentle reminder of an old saying which The Beatles once sang about. But we never learn... The film’s defining quality – both visually and thematically – is the juxtaposition of wealth and poverty. The journey undertaken by our characters reflects the landscape: both tragic and beautiful.
