SYNOPSIS
Clichy-la-Garenne is a city on the outskirts of Paris, engaged in radically transforming its streets and sociology: a new city overlays a mixed city. The residents' memories intersect to form a piece of urban narrative: the stakes are to keep hold of this moment of change and put it in perspective.
